ILLING Packaging Celebrates Earth Day!
It’s never too late to take extra strides to celebrating and saving our Earth! ILLING Packaging recently held a belated Earth Day Celebration event to help support and observe our planet.
ILLING Packaging employees stopped out to plant herbs in repurposed jars and containers. Assorted seeds for Rosemary, Parsley, Basil, and more were available for planting in recycled containers and coworkers exchanged planting tips and tricks to growing plants and green thumbs!
Employees also helped beautify Mother Nature by picking up trash in the surrounding area. This is especially important as ILLING Packaging is home to over 100 trees that foster wildlife, such as newly nesting birds and their babies. We even spotted some new babies resting up in our pergola canopy!
Lastly, employees were able to take in the stunning sights and earthly marvels around us with a nice walk along our walking path that loops around our state-of-the-art WI headquarters. What a great way to celebrate Earth! Let’s keep taking care of each other and our planet!
