ILLING Packaging is excited to announce that we were named as one of the TOP SE WI Workplace winners for 2021! Being named a Top Workplace is a huge deal that comes with immense pride. Only 141 companies made this year’s list and ILLING Packaging is extremely thrilled to be announced as one of those deserving companies. Even more impressive, the award is based solely on feedback provided from our very own employees. It is a great honor to know that we work with ILLING Packaging employees who love their job and feel appreciated and supported by ILLING Packaging. More than 88 of our ILLING Packaging employees participated in the survey providing positive feedback about the company culture, leadership, work/life balance, and more. The above word cloud presents some of the overall comments we got back on our survey, with the top statement everyone agreeing on – ILLING Packaging is going in the right direction!
ILLING Packaging celebrated this amazing accomplishment with small congratulatory gatherings with our warehouse, production staff, and office personnel. President Jay Alber was able to personally thank and congratulate all ILLING Packaging employees located at our WI headquarters. Custom ILLING and Top Workplace cookies were also brought in to commemorate this remarkable achievement and employees were able to attend a “Virtual Celebration Event” through the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
